Designed in collaboration with renowned architect Julian Guthrie, this classic coastal beach house was recently honored with a Housing Award from the New Zealand Institute of Architects (NZIA). The project celebrates a harmonious blend of sustainability, craftsmanship, and architectural elegance.

Completed using thoughtfully sourced sustainable materials and anchored in earthy tones, the home mirrors the surrounding natural landscape while embodying warmth and approachability. It feels grounded and inviting—a serene retreat that’s both refined and utterly livable.
